Zongzi is a traditional Chinese rice dish made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo leaves, or sometimes with reed or other large flat leaves. They are cooked by steaming or boiling. Wu Fang Zhai established in 1921, is a time-honored brand in China and they have been famous for their Zongzi all over China.
