Q: Why do I see expired dates on the products package?

A: For some of our products, which are the China Imported products, the dates on the package is for manufacturing dates, not expiration dates. You may simply use a translation tool to find out the shelf life of the products. There are more explanations in google, you may simply search “Chinese products production dates”, you will be able to read clarification from other parties.

 

Q: How can I pay for my orders?

A: Currently we offer COD (cash on delivery), GCash, and bank transfer. For GCash and bank transfer payment, please do send proof of payment to hongkonghouse.shopify@gmail.com for verification.

 

Q: What if some of my orders are damaged/missing?

A: Please return the product upon delivery, or you may send us a photo to hongkonghouse.shopify@gmail.com for verification. If you find out that your order is incomplete, please reach us at +639060639936 so that we can proceed refund/replace for you.

 

Q: How long will it take for delivery of my order?

A: The delivery will take more or less 3 days after you place your order. It depends on our schedule, weather condition, traffic. But we assure you that we will try our best to deliver your order ASAP.

 

Q: The prices are different on the online store and receipt.

A: There could be mistakes inputting the amount in our online website, if you found that the prices are not the same, please reach us so that we can correct our mistakes and we will refund back to you if there is a over paid from you.

 

Q: Where does Hong Kong House deliver?

A: We cater orders within Metro Manila area. It is free delivery for orders above 1,500 pesos, yet there will be a delivery charge of 200 pesos if your order doesn’t reach 1,500 pesos.

 

Q: What are your delivery hours?

A: We deliver from 11AM to 8PM. There could be slightly delay if the traffic/weather is bad, but we will confirm with you before we deliver.

 

Q: Do your riders bring change?

A: Yes, our rider will always bring change for your payment.

 

Q: Can I add items after I placed my order?

A: Yes, you may add items after you place your order, just inform us so that we can prepare and pack up all together and deliver to you.

 

Q: Can we request wish lists that you don’t have?

A: Yes, you can text us if there is anything that you would like to buy, we will try to source for you and give you a quotation. If you can accept our quotation, upon your down payment for the items, we will purchase the items and have them shipped to Philippines.

 

Q: How do I reschedule my order?

A: You may reach us through text, Facebook or Instagram to inform us the preferred delivery time, we will try our best to fit your schedule.
