Product & Packaging  

Q: Why do I see expired dates on the product package?

A: For some China-imported products, the dates printed on the packaging refer to the manufacturing date, not the expiration date.  

  • You may use a translation tool to check the shelf life.  
  • For further clarification, you can search online for "Chinese products production dates" to understand how dates are labelled.  

Payment Methods  

Q: How can I pay for my orders?  

A: We accept:  

  • **Cash on Delivery (COD)**  
  •  **GCash**  
  • **Bank Transfer**  

For GCash & bank transfers, kindly send proof of payment to: Viber/WhatsApp +639166238768 (for verification)  


Q: Delivery Hours 

A: We deliver from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.  
Note: Delays may occur due to heavy traffic or bad weather, but we will confirm your delivery time in advance. 


Q: Do Your Riders Bring Change? 

A: Yes! Our riders always carry sufficient change for cash payments.  


Q: Can I Add Items After Placing an Order? 

A: Absolutely! Just inform us before your order is dispatched, and we'll prepare everything together for a smooth delivery.  


Q: Can I Request Items Not Listed? 

A: Yes! Feel free to message us with your Wishlist. We'll source it for you and provide a quotation. Once confirmed and a down payment is made, we'll arrange shipping to the Philippines.  


Q: How Do I Reschedule My Order? 

A: You may contact us via Viber/WhatsApp +639166238768 with your preferred delivery time, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.  


Order Issues 

Q: What if some of my orders are damaged/missing?

A: Upon delivery: You may return the damaged product to the rider.  
After delivery: Send a photo of the issue to hongkonghouse.shopify@gmail.com for verification.  
Missing items? Contact us at Viber/WhatsApp +639166238768 for a refund/replacement.  


Q: The prices online and on the receipt are different.  

A: If you notice a discrepancy, please inform us immediately.  

  • We will correct any pricing errors.  
  • If you overpaid, we will refund the difference.  


Delivery Information  

Q: How long will delivery take?  

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 days after order confirmation.  

  • Delays may occur due to schedule, weather, or traffic, but we ensure fastest possible delivery.  

 

Q: Where does Yum Yum Market deliver?  

A: Metro Manila Only  

  • FREE delivery for orders ₱1,500 & above 
  • ₱150 fee for orders below ₱1,500
